Refund Policy
This policy applies to digital books purchased directly from mdpabel.com through Lemon Squeezy.

Digital-product policy
Because these books are delivered digitally, purchases are generally non-refundable once the book has been downloaded or accessed. A limited exception may apply when a request is made within 7 calendar days and meets one of the eligibility reasons below.
When a refund may be approved
- Duplicate purchase: the same product was accidentally purchased more than once.
- Download or access failure: the purchased files cannot be accessed and the issue cannot be resolved through reasonable support.
- Material misrepresentation: the delivered product is materially different from its description at the time of purchase.
When a refund is not available
Change of mind: deciding that you no longer want or need the book after purchase is not an eligible refund reason. Please review the free material before buying to confirm that the scope and teaching style are right for you.
Review before you purchase
You are encouraged to evaluate the available free material first. Read Chapter 1 of the complete book or review the free SC 4.0.3 case research before checkout.
How to request a refund
Email support@mdpabel.com within 7 calendar days from the address used at checkout. Include the book title, your order number when available, and a short explanation of the eligible issue. Requests are reviewed individually and approval is not automatic.
What happens next
Requests are reviewed using the order details and any relevant delivery or file issue. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. After a refund, access to the purchased files may be removed. Your bank or payment provider can take additional time to display the credit.
Pay What You Want purchases
If a Pay What You Want purchase qualifies for a refund, the approved refund is based on the amount actually paid at checkout.
Marketplace purchases
Purchases completed through Leanpub or Gumroad are governed by that marketplace's order and refund process. Contact the platform where the purchase was made.
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights that apply under relevant law or Lemon Squeezy's responsibilities as the merchant of record.
